I know I haven’t posted in quiiiiiite some time, but I’m not here to apologize about it like I usually do. I needed the break. More than I thought I did. (This hot mess express dashboard-turned-bookmark knows exactly what I’m talking about.) A lot has happened over the past few weeks... I’ve been dealing with my mental health and its instability, some personal issues and fears coming true, one of my closest friends dropping me for good, hunting for an office job worth the preschool costs, completely changing the course I had set for my life. Pretty perfect timing for my 30th birthday 🙄. But when the universe closes one door, another opens. Change may mean the death of something you once considered precious to you, but often times it leads to something you need more. ♥️
I may be dealing with a lot of bad, but there’s also a lot of good. I’m officially 9 chapters into writing my first (very erotic lol) novel, I’m revamping my website to include a portfolio of past work for future clients, plus a helpful blog for planner peeps and small businesses, I’m spending lots of time with my family and friends I haven’t seen in ages, my youngest is finally completely potty trained and sleeping on her own again, and today we just found out we’re approved for our dream home and will be moving in by the end of next month. ♥️
Everything happens for a reason, y’all. Whatever you’re going through, just keep stepping one foot in front of the other.
