Mama Jene Designs Shop Policies.
By purchasing and/or downloading products from Mama Jene Designs, you are agreeing to the following terms:
- Buyer agrees purchased files are strictly for PERSONAL use only. Sharing and/or selling is prohibited.
- Buyer agrees to not edit, reproduce, redistribute, or sell files or products.
- Buyer agrees to not copy layouts or designs from Mama Jene Designs.
- Buyer will not use files or products for defamatory purposes.
- Buyer will not print digital files in excessive quantities without contacting us about commercial licensing first.
- No product or file may be reproduced, distributed, transmitted, recorded or photocopied without prior consent and permission from Mama Jene Designs – the copyright owner of the product or file.
The time required to fill orders varies depending on product and quantities, of course. Most orders take 5-7 business days to fill.
All shipped orders are sent first class with tracking by default. You can upgrade your shipping to priority mail for an additional fee. Shipping to a location in the continental United States takes 3-5 business days and can vary because of distance or USPS delays.
Customs and Import Taxes
Buyers are responsible for any customs and/or import taxes that may apply. We are not responsible for delays or fees due to customs.
If you’re purchasing digital files to download, they will be available once payment is confirmed. There will be a link for you to download your purchase. If it’s not popping up when you click it, make sure you’re allowing popups and try again. The links to your files will also be sent to you in an email to the email address provided when you entered your information. Be sure to check your spam!

Returns or Exchanges
All physical items are made to order (which means we print and cut each item only after you purchase it). Because of this, we have a few rules about returns or exchanges.
- If you’d like to cancel your order, you must contact us within 6 hours of your purchase. Use the contact form, or email us at email@example.com (please include your order number).
- If you’d like to return or exchange, please contact us within 3 days of delivery. All items to return or exchange must be shipped back within 7 days of delivery.
- If there is something wrong with your order please contact us immediately via the contact page or at firstname.lastname@example.org. Contact us within 3 days of delivery and we will do our best to make things right!
However – because of the nature of these items, we are unable to offer any returns or exchanges on:
- Digital downloads
- Custom or personalized orders
- Sale items
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
Any order that is pending payment for 12 hours or more will be automatically cancelled. After cancellation, the product will return to inventory.
